At Provide Hotel services, I bring 32 years of experience in the hotel cleaning industry to the table. Throughout my career, I have gained deep insights into the challenges faced by housekeeping departments in hotels. My journey began working for various agencies, where I witnessed firsthand the continuous problems stemming from a lack of proper tools, insufficient maintenance of working equipment, and a general lack of support for the team, which often led to low morale and poor cleaning.
These challenges fueled my passion to create a better approach to hotel cleaning services, leading me to establish Provide Hotel Services. Our mission is to address these issues head-on and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall guest experience.

Insurance Policies- You will eliminate all Insurance, training, and compliance costs.

Affordable Rates
At Provide, We encourage a 3 month trial to ensure you are happy with Our Services, we aim to offer transparent and fair pricing. We do not charge for head housekeepers or deputies: instead our pricing model is based on a per room cleaning fee.
With very competitive pricing at £11.60 per room clean in the quieter months and a slightly higher rate in peak seasons June-Sept at £12.30 due to higher operational costs. we aim to clean 2.5 rooms per hour (depending on room type). £18 per hour for public area cleaning, we ensure a spotless environment for your guests. Our services include carpet cleans and deep cleans at no extra cost in guest rooms only, these would normally take place in the off peak season.
To ensure a sustainable partnership, we implement a 40% occupancy charge if the hotel's occupancy rate falls below 40%. This policy helps us maintain service quality and supports our operational costs during periods of low occupancy.
We believe this approach allows for flexibility while ensuring that the hotel receives the highest standard of cleaning services, regardless of occupancy levels.
